Having lived in Noosa for over 20 years, David & Peta Woods are considered ‘locals’.
They purchased Noosa Hill Resort in 1995 and with two young children in tow, set up life within the resort, living, breathing and learning everything there was to know about running a boutique resort property.
Shortly after, David & Peta started acquiring new properties in Noosa including The Emerald Noosa, Hemingway Villas, The Hastings Beach Houses and Jacaranda Noosa…growing, expanding and upgrading each one. They immediately maximize tariffs and occupancy while streamlining operations and improving customer service.
Firmly entrenched in the local community, David & Peta are members of Tourism Noosa, Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club and Noosa Tigers AFL Club as well as the Richmond Football Club and Victorian Racing Club.
With their down-to-earth nature and can do attitude, David & Peta easily establish a close rapport with apartment owners and consider many to be close friends.
They’re passionate, caring, sincere and honest in their approach and their attention to detail and meticulous processes are second to none.
